Shipping
Our team carefully inspects and packages each item before shipping to help ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.
We recommend selecting a trackable shipping option at checkout whenever available.
Rendered Free is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been handed off to the selected shipping carrier. If your order is damaged in transit or you do not receive your package, please email us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns
Select items are not eligible for return. Please note these specifications and all descriptions of articles before placing your order. One-of-a-kind items and jewelry pieces are not eligible for return. Once claimed, purchases are yours to love.
Items eligible for return include: T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and select jackets. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of arrival. Returns can be made for store credit only equaling the price of garment + taxes only. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
To initiate the return process email us at returns@renderedfree.com and include the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Email used to buy
- Date of original order
- Reason for return
Once returns are looked over and approved, a credit will be issued if the order meets the criteria of our original shipment. The returned item(s) must be:
- Packed in its original packaging
- Unwashed and unworn in its original condition
- All items must be free of odors and residues
- Must have original tags attached
Rendered Free does not process exchanges. New orders must be submitted with issued store credit.
