Returns

Each specific item will list its eligibility for return. Select items are not eligible for return.  Please note these specifications and all descriptions of articles before placing your order.  One-of-a-kind items and jewelry pieces are not eligible for return.  Once claimed, purchases are yours to love. 

Items eligible for return include: Tee shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and select jackets. Returns must be initiated within 10 business days of arrival.  Returns can be made for store credit only equaling the price of garment + taxes only.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

To initiate the return process email us at returns@renderedfree.com and include the following:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Email used to buy
• Date of original order
• Reason for return
  

Once returns are looked over and approved, a credit will be issued if the order meets the criteria of our original shipment.  The returned item(s) must be:

• Packed in its original packaging
• Unwashed and unworn in its original condition
• All items must be free of odors and residues
• Must have original tags attached
  

Rendered Free does not process exchanges. New orders must be submitted with issued store credit.
